Under this Program, the OGERL Section may sponsor a summer internship at one or more of the following: (1) the Public Utility Commission of Texas; (2) the Texas General Land Office; (3) the Railroad Commission of Texas; (4) the University Lands System; and/or (5) the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). The internships will last six weeks during the summer. A stipend of $5,000 will be paid to the selected candidates by the Section upon completion of the internship. The entities will make the final hiring decisions, and such decisions may be subject to additional background checks or requests to be made by the entities.

Job postings for the above positions will be posted on this site and all Texas law school career services sites on or around November. Please check back at that time for more details.
